very hard to turn

I have a bunch of mgc 5x5 6x6 7x7. thought I try a 8x8. but this one is very hard to turn compared to mgc cubes. I tried lubing it but only helped minimally. gets stuck easily even if slightly misaligned.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, this definitely is abnormal relative to our experience and the experience of many other customers. While the DianSheng Galaxy series definitely do not turn as quickly as the MGC series do, they are still easy to turn and solve, even out of the box.
